9.7. If the patient is present at the place of booking and at the specified time, and the doctor is busy for the scheduled time, the user is entitled to choose to wait or choose to cancel the booking and refund the amount.

[10] Payment Policy

10.1. Moyesser Medical Services website provides payment through E-wallets such as Orange Money and Vodafone Cash, or via PayPal.
10.2. You must ensure that the data you enter during the payment process are correct and accurate.
